We have a mid-week group at our Church called Sacred Space.
We meet every Wednesday from 11 am to Noon, alternating weekly between the Coldwater and Eady United Churches. See our Event Page for the location of the current week.
It is not a Bible Study although Scripture passages could appear.
Our time together provides time and space for both reflection and discussion.
We ponder what sacred space could be as we share memories of people, events, words, time and even space itself. Words often fall short as we use them to describe the meaning felt in what we consider to be sacred.
And, having said that, I must add that this is the closest I can come to describing it. The rest must be experienced in person because presence is also sacred.
